You may send a money order or a cashier's check to the address below (personal checks subject to 7-10 day hold). Orders accompanied by a money order are processed when received. To prevent delays, make sure that your order includes item description, item number and quantity, as well as correct postage and sales tax (Florida residents only). Please include your name, address and the description / part number of the book. Also provide contact information such as telephone number or e-mail address.

We ship some large books via USPS Media Mail (ground service). Allow 10 to 14 days for Standard Mail service delivery. |
| USA Priority Mail |
Most Clymer manuals and smaller Harley books ship flat rate in the USA. Allow 3 to 4 days for Priority Mail delivery. |
| Global Priority |
Global Priority Mail (Air Mail) used when ever possible for international customers. Allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. |

Notice:
Please allow 7 to10 days extra shipping time for "out of stock" manuals.
Over due backorders will be refunded.
Sales tax:
Items sold to customers in the State of Florida will be charged (7%) sales tax.
Returns:
No one wishes to receive the wrong manual, if the mistake is ours, we will reimburse related shipping costs. We can not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Contact us about further return information and we will deal with it on an individual basis. 20% restocking charge will apply to returned books. Books returned soiled or otherwise not sellable as new will be further discounted.
